I try to capture moments of reflection around what I call practice …. our loving effort to close the gap between what we aspire to be and where we’re currently at ……
The following is one I spoke into my phone as I walked home from my 6 am sit at our Buddhist Community house this week:
As long as your aspiration is in the right place after that you just need to be consistent just keep going that’s why we call it practice just keep going you will face obstacles and hindrances but keep going even when you fall off the wagon for awhile come back stay in touch with your aspiration it’s all we’ve got …..
