Does it get any better?

The photo above was taken out at our retreat centre this weekend just past. A blissful Summer Introductory Retreat supported beautifully by Saidie and Stav, two of our Coogee group.

Stav has a passionate interest in making the world a better place and has found The Buddha’s teachings and meditations very useful in her quest.

Here’s a link to a talk she gave recently as part of the Sydney Buddhist Centre’s Saturday morning program.

PS: We continue to pay rent to use the beautiful Coogee Croquet Club and I know quite a few have necessarily needed to join us by zoom. If you can make a donation (especially regularly) to help us continue offering what we do it would be much appreciated – it’s been hard covering costs of late and no-one receives any financial return for our meditation and study.

PPS: Huge gratitude to those of you who are already supporting us
